You will support the maintenance team, including electrical, to identify and plan preventative and corrective tasks that will improve the safety, reliability and functionality of the plant development and review of the plant structure and spares list.Trade certification and hydraulic experience essential.
You will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of invoices for payment and handling enquiries from suppliers regarding payment and statement reconciliation.Detailed knowledge of Pronto accounts payable system and associated modules or similar accounting package e.g. general ledger.
Some key responsibilities include managing all customers sales plan by accurate forecasting and selling to the agreed plan and facilitating the response to customer inquiries received in relation to Stock, Pricing and Quoting.
The right candidate will have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish collaborative business relationships and positively influence and negotiate with others to achieve significant business outcomes.
