Can you have a timber floor anywhere?

Except for parquetry, traditionally timber floors are laid on bearers and joists. Now with Hyne Flooring 11mm Overlay flooring you can lay timber flooring on concrete, tiles, sheet flooring … any flat surface. Perfect for renovators.

Is Hyne Flooring suitable for a bathroom?

We don’t recommend the use of timber flooring in any wet area as these environments can have an adverse effect on the timber.

What is the difference between "Select " and "Standard " grades?

If you like a uniform look with minimum natural variations then the Hyne Flooring timber grade that will appeal to you is "Select ". If you prefer a natural look with gum veins, burls, spirals and other natural variations that give timber its unique look then the grade "Standard " will appeal to you.
