Rigid. Strong. Tropical.

Hyne LGL has been one of Hyne’s most successful softwood engineered timber products for a number of years. However, with the increasing demand for engineered structural timber products as replacement for deep solid timber sections, Hyne has found it necessary to reallocate the majority of its high grade structural softwood into other engineered products.

Hyne LVL has been introduced into the Hyne Engineered Timber Products range as the practical, natural replacement for Hyne LGL. The same size range is now available in Hyne LVL for use in all the applications that previously Hyne LGL was specified and used.

Hyne LGL will continue to be produced, only H3 treated, in limited volumes, for use in tropical Queensland and New Zealand. It is unavailable elsewhere.
