Coastal view and Hyne T2 Blue
Quality and appearance were extremely important aspects for Scott and Megan Zordan of Zordan Constructions for their new home, so they looked for products that would compliment the Noosa views of this Coolum house.
This beautiful contemporary house uses Hyne Mouldings throughout and Hyne Spotted Gum Flooring to add class to the building, while proven T2 Blue 90x35 framing along with Hyne Engineered Timber Products were used to ensure the quality and integrity of the structural design.
Owner and building manager, Megan Zordan said "Hyne played a big part by providing all materials on time and to our specifications!"

Overall the service and quality of product was seen as the definite advantage and created the impetus for the Zordan family’s choice of Hyne products in their 1050sqm home.
The very large quantity of T2 Blue 90x35 framing was used for its straightness and reliability, not to mention its 25 year guarantee against termites. Megan said, " A 25 year guarantee to us, is like having home insurance against termites but at a fraction of the cost."
